GLUTEN FREE!  Nessie is a light plum colour.  This colour applies lighter than it looks. For best results line and fill in your lips with Nessie lip pencil or for a more intense colour apply Bella lip pencil. This method will intensify the colour of the lipstick and will stay longer on your lips.
